Pulled up carpet in two bedrooms plus stairs and did a fantastic job refinishing hardwood floors. Very pleased with how they put in extra time getting a perfect match with existing hardwood floors in hallway and living room.

Always on time and very helpful and patient with me when I was trying to decide on a stain for our new White Oak floors that they installed. If you need hardwood floors installed, I would highly recommend McMaster's Flooring!

CJ and Jake did a great job of installing new hardwoods for a kitchen and dining room remodel. Due to the layout and removal of walls, they had to feather in new hardwoods to go with the existing 60 year old floors. We had a hiccup with the new flooring not matching the species of the original flooring (the old flooring had a very odd stain that made it look like a red oak when it was actually white). The guys said they would not be able to match the floors and so they pulled out the old flooring with no complaint and installed the the correct species. Mistakes happen, and they worked overtime to get it right and keep us on schedule - not everyone will take ownership the way CJ and Jake did.
The finished product was worth the wait, and we will have McMaster's out in the coming year to redo some other floors for us.

We love our hardwood floors! We created an open concept space from several separate rooms and CJ and Jake installed new floors in some areas and tied them into existing floors in others. The result was seamless and our floors are like artwork in our home. CJ and Jake are fun to work with and they ensured that we were 100% satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them and hope to use McMaster's Family Flooring again in the future.

The McMasters brothers came in and installed, sanded, stained and finished 16ft North Carolina beautiful raw pine to the entire upstairs. Carolina boys and Carolina pine , absolutely perfect . Beautiful job.
